Browpexy, also known as Brow Lift is a cutting-edge procedure, designed to elevate and refine the contours of the brow region.
This transformative procedure addresses the sagging brows and forehead wrinkles to restore a more alert profile and youthful appearance.
While ageing is a natural process, Browpexy results can be long-lasting, often improving the appearance of the eyebrows and forehead for 5 years or more.
Compared to traditional surgeries, Browpexy can be performed using minimally invasive techniques, reducing recovery time and discomfort.
Browpexy can be safely performed on most healthy individuals with minimal risk of complications. However, a consultation with a qualified surgeon is crucial to discuss individual suitability.
As we age, our eyebrows tend to sag and forehead wrinkles appear, leading to a heavier and more tired look.
Browpexy (Brow Lift) is a simple surgical procedure that precisely lifts the eyebrows in a more youthful position and smooths out forehead creases.
This procedure not only restores a more alert and younger look but also improves facial symmetry and contours that adds to your natural beauty.
Sagging Eyebrows
Browpexy elevates drooping eyebrows to a higher and more youthful position on the face.
Forehead Creases & Wrinkles
Brow lift smooths out frown lines between the eyebrows for a more relaxed and young facial expression
Tired Eye Appearance
This procedure precisely addresses loose skin over the eyes, improving the look and openness of the eyes.

Browpexy, commonly known as brow lift procedure, is one of our most cutting-edge aesthetic techniques.
Here is a detailed guide to help you understand the entire process from enquiry to procedure with Mr Jeeva.
Booking a Consultation: The first step is to schedule a consultation with Mr Jeeva, one of our experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeons.
Scheduling Surgery: Given the lead time for surgery, many patients book their surgery slot at the same time as their consultation.
Assessment: During your consultation, Mr Jeeva will thoroughly assess your eyebrows and forehead and discuss the results you hope to achieve.
Suitability: Not everyone is suitable for the procedure. Mr Jeeva will provide an honest assessment.
Eligibility Rate: On average, 73% of our patients are suitable for the procedure. The remaining 27% are not, and we will not proceed if we believe the results won't meet your expectations.
Incisions: Small incisions are made within the hairline or along the brow region. These are carefully planned to minimise the visibility.
Elevation & Fixation: Through these mini incisions the doctor lifts the eyebrows to a certain position and fixates to the underlying tissue to maintain desired results.
Internal Browpexy: It is performed during upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) using the same, hidden suture within the upper eyelid. The brow tissues are then lifted and secured to the bone structure lying beneath.
External Browpexy: A small incision strategically above the eyebrow. The brow tissue is carefully lifted and secured to the underlying tissue and muscles with help of sutures.
Same-Day Discharge: Patients can go home on the same day as the surgery.
Recovery: Bruising lasts about a week. It’s advisable to return to work after bruising and swelling have subsided. Complete recovery takes for about 1 to 2 weeks
Medication: Follow the anti-inflammatory medications prescribed by the doctor.
All surgeries carry risks, including cosmetic procedures. There is a very small risk of complications, such as infection and scarring in rare cases. These risks, along with all aspects of the surgery and its costs, will be discussed during your consultation.
After your surgery, you’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions and will have a follow-up appointment about 7 days later to assess healing and remove sutures.

Have a question in mind?
Browpexy is typically performed under anaesthesia, mild so discomfort during the procedure is minimal. Some patients may experience discomfort or tightness afterwards, which can be managed with pain medication prescribed by your doctor.
The results of a brow lift can last about 2 to 5 years. However, this varies from person to person, depending on lifestyle, ageing, and endurance.
A local anaesthetic cream is used during the procedure to ensure your comfort. Sometimes the doctor may use general anaesthesia to put you to sleep.
The recovery time for Browpexy varies, but most patients can expect it to be within 1-2 weeks.
You can expect mild pain following the Browpexy.
Most patients only need a minimum of 1 session for the desired results.
As with any surgery, there are potential risks, including :
Infection
Bleeding
Scarring
It’s important to consult with our qualified surgeon to discuss these risks in detail.
Ultimately, deciding on brow lift is a personal choice. If you’re bothered by sagging eyebrows and wrinkled forehead and desire a more refreshed and alert look, brow lift could be an option for you. Consulting with our qualified surgeon can help you determine if it’s the right decision for your specific situation.
The cost of browpexy starts from £2500.
